Welcome to the Quantum Information for Quantum Materials group!
We are an experimental research group working on quantum sensing and hybrid quantum devices, combining techniques from quantum information and condensed matter physics. We are located at the Max Planck Institute for the Chemical Physics of Solids in Dresden, Germany.
Our group mainly specializes in two experimental techniques: quantum scanning magnetometry based on Nitrogen-Vacancy centers in diamond, and hybrid superconducting circuits integrated with quantum materials. For more information, visit our Research section.
The mentoring of junior researchers is central to the success of the group and we are always looking for new members. Interested in joining? Please contact us!
Additionally, QIQM encourages collaborative research with different groups across a wide range of specializations, so please contact us for any questions or discussions.
